How do I clear my computer cache and cookies?

Please try these steps below in this order:
1. Click on this link to logout from all UH Web Login Services. Restart your computer.
2. Remove the ʻsʻ from the https:// then login again and be sure to type in your UH Username and Password correctly.
3. If you get the login error message again:
a. Clear your web browser’s cache, cookies, and history. Restart your computer.
b. Use a different web browser.
c. Test your login on a different computer.
d. Test your login using a smart phone.
e. Check if there is a firewall where you are.
